Trade & Ordering
Terms are confirmed in the written quotation and proforma invoice.
MOQ and samples
Minimum order quantity depends on the material, colour, finish and sheet size. Sample availability, sample cost and courier charges are confirmed before dispatch.
Production time
Production lead time is confirmed after the approved sample, drawing, material schedule and deposit. Custom colour, hot bending and special edge work may require additional time.
Packing
Panels receive protective film, edge protection and export packing appropriate to size and mode of transport. Special sea-freight or project-site packing can be quoted separately.
Incoterms
Quotations may be prepared as EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. The applicable Incoterm, named place or port, insurance and destination charges are stated in the quotation.
Payment
Currency, deposit, balance and release conditions are stated in the proforma invoice. Bank charges and any currency-conversion cost follow the agreed contract.
Destination and customs
The customer supplies an accurate delivery address and confirms import requirements. Duties, taxes, unloading, storage and local handling are included only when the quotation expressly states DDP coverage.
Delivery damage
Record visible transport damage on the carrier document and photograph the packaging and panels promptly. Send the evidence to the sales contact for review.
After-sales
Material or fabrication issues are reviewed against the approved sample, drawing and order specification. Installation performance is the responsibility of the local installer unless a separate installation contract is agreed.
For a binding quotation, send the drawing, quantity, destination, required date and required Incoterm to the sales team.
